The successful candidate will be deeply engaged with overseeing and monitoring implementation projects related to the care, research, and support of victims and survivors of human trafficking. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and assess trauma-informed and survivor-centered engagement models and expand knowledge about best practices for survivor care in collaboration with our implementation partners across the globe.
Sierra Leone Program Manager

The Sierra Leone Program Manager will coordinate all operational aspects of the project for Sierra Leone, including collaborations between CenHTRO and universities and community agencies abroad, coordination of communication between project staff and all stakeholders, and data management. The Program Manager also manages the day-to-day operation of the project for Sierra Leone and provides support to the Director and project staff in meeting reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Qualitative Support Specialist

The successful candidate will join the dynamic qualitative research team at CenHTRO working closely with teammates to conduct large-scale and high-quality qualitative research on human trafficking. The qualitative support specialist will be involved in study design and development, qualitative data management as well as qualitative coding and analysis. The opportunity to engage in developing innovative and pragmatic qualitative methods which aim to make an impact in people’s everyday lives makes this role particularly exciting.
